If you are any law firm, individual, small business looking for a process server in San Diego…RYAN IS THE ONE FOR YOU!! I found myself in a predicament where friends and family all fell short when it came down to serving my papers on my behalf for a DVRO and family related matters and I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, defeated and out of ideas. Until I came across Ryan who responded within minutes to my post in needing services to process my papers…and I sent a request at a pretty inconvenient time on my behalf, being literally midnight and I got a response within MINUTES at a price that is beyond reasonable, affordable and for the work that was put in on my behalf…completely WORTH IT. Ryan was able to put me at ease making all documents I needed to be served a breeze by allowing me to email everything over, being able to organize all paperwork as well as sending back over proof of service shortly after having the other party served. For this being hopefully my first and last time needing to serve anyone, Ryan’s confidence; eagerness to help, kindness and efficiency has removed all anxiety going forward now that all I’m having to worry about is court. Ryan took care of the hardest part of this whole process while bringing empathy, understanding and urgency to the situation delivering the papers hours after speaking with her while other places I was quoted would have needed a couple days for a much higher rate. Ryan at Golden Hill Legal Runner was an absolute lifesaver. I had a time-sensitive serve that needed to happen fast and my usual process server couldn't take it. I found Golden Hill Legal Runner online, submitted through the website, and Ryan had the first attempt done same day.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Listed prices are starting prices. If skip tracing is needed, I pay per search for that information, those charges will be passed down to you but will not be grossly inflated.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Send me a message describing which services of mine you are interested in. Describe why you need those services, what you need from me and any other information you think would be relevant (Servinng documents, court runner, find a subject then serve them etc). After that I'll determine if I am able to help you, I'll then send you a service agreement so you know what to expect from me including a time line (it's very cut and dry, nothing complicated, no hidden fees). Once you agree, submit payment, send your documents and we're ready to start.
