Introduction: Since I was a kid I always the guy that you went to chat with when you needed advice or someone to help solve a problem. I’m big on listening to what people want and need and translating that into a plan to bring those goals to reality. I’ve now been doing that with clients for the last 9 years.

When looking for an agent to help us find an investment house, we wanted someone who was well versed in the SD area, easy going and not pushy, but meticulous in the work, assertive when needed and willing to go the extra mile for us. We found exactly what we were looking for in Patrick Cohen. After some dialogue, he got a good handle on what we were looking for, and drove lots of extra miles as we searched for just the right investment property. When we spotted it, he steered well to get us in at the right price and helped sort out a lot of little extras for us. My husband and I met Patrick last summer while he was showing an open house for a Pacific Beach condo that we looked at just for fun. We had only just begun to look seriously for a home for our soon-to-be family of three. While the areas that we were considering were way out of Patrick’s usual market zones, he listened thoughtfully to our search criteria and was eager to help us find our first house. We decided to stick with Patrick as our buying agent as we appreciated his attentiveness.
Over the course of the next five months Patrick diligently and patiently guided us through the search process for a house, taking us to any properties that we had interest in from online searches, and also sending us consistent lists of new listings.
We were impressed by Patrick’s flexibility and accommodating nature, as we had him running all over the larger San Diego county nearly every weekend for a few months. He led us on a full day search of over 11 different properties in 4 different cities while sick. It paid off since we found the house we wanted to buy that day.
Patrick was always available for questions by email, text, and phone at anytime and was very prompt with paperwork and follow-ups through the escrow process. We have been in our new home for almost 4 months now and couldn’t be happier with it. We definitely recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring buying agent, and we look forward to working with Patrick again when the time comes!

We highly recommend Patrick Cohen. He is very reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, and expert in his field. He made sure that the house that we are getting is right for us. As first time home buyer, he guided us from the start to finish. We all know that homebuying is very stressful especially for us, Active Duty Military and a Civil Service. Patrick made our homebuying experience easy and went smoothly with all the inspections and transactions. He performed above and beyond. He worked with us on the Weekends - during the house hunting, night time or even late night in getting our offers submitted to the seller. His passionate with his work so even when he is on leave or sick he is still working. He made sure that every documents and requirements were signed, submitted and taken care of.
