- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is a breakdown of our pricing... $125-Minimum First Hour-Service call/troubleshooting (not under warranty) normal hourly rate applies if more than 1 hour. $125-Hourly (2) Techs $90-Hourly (1) Tech $125-Hourly-Custom Programming or network programming (1) Tech $150-Basic TV installation (mount up to 80" TV on standard wall with exposed wiring or wire mold) mount and cables sold separately. Some restrictions may apply. $300-Deluxe TV installation (mount up to 80" TV on standard wall with concealed wiring including relocation of electrical outlet) mount and cables sold separately. Some restrictions may apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! On average I attend 1 full day training on the latest innovations in electronics and programming techniques every month. Sometimes more! Technology is constantly changing and we try to stay up to speed on the latest trends in the industry. As a licensed electrician we are required to do 37 hours of continuing education pertaining to current electrical codes and changes to the code every 3 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started many years ago selling electronics at Circuit City back in 2001 as a young man. I then got a job as an apprentice electrician with a small high end electrical contractor in 2003. I worked my way up through the ranks rather quickly as I seemed to have a knack for this line of work. I have always been great working with clients. Customer service is also one of my strong suits. Once I got to the top as an employee I decided there was only one thing left to do...start my own business. And so I did.
