- What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types of people and technology, in ALL areas of my line of work. There is not one 'type' of client. Each person is unique and you have to approach each new project with that in mind.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always try to trust in the pro you choose. Please just be as honest and as detailed as your knowledges allows regarding your issues. This gives an IT professional a chance to handle the job in the most direct and proficient manner possible. If someone cannot fix your problem, most likely someone else can. Remember always that you get what you pay for. If you are paying too little, there may be a reason.
