We recently had Smart Shield Systems installed in our home in Eastlake and I can't say enough great things about the company, system and staff.
Initially we were interested in home security but quickly realized we signed up for so much more. Yes we have the piece of mind of home security and safety but this company is all about modern technology and creating a Smart Home.
All of our devices our connected. We can control the thermostat to reduce our use of energy, program lighting to automatically turn off and on and create temporary pass codes for key less entry to the front door. We also love the doorbell camera.
You do not have to be tech savvy to manage the system. Everything is user friendly and the technicians went above and beyond showing us how to use the system and to ensure we were comfortable.
The sales staff serves as more of a resource and they were not pushy at all.
5 Stars all around. If you are in the market for a security company that is ahead of the game when it comes to technology and automation, definitely reach out Smart Shield Systems!
