- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am highly competitive and will come to your site and give you a free estimate of the work needed. Pricing is on the written contract and changes are in writing. I aim to keep you satisfied with my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them and listening to them at the jobsite so I know what they want. Then I give a detailed proposal at no cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S degree in engineering and years of experience in general engineering contracting, construction management, civil engineering management and design.
