- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee include access to my machines and some of my fabric. I also am happy to share other tools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting deals with conversation regarding goals and general experience. I also show you how your (or My) sewing machine works and we iron. Then we begin working in lines and curves on scrap materials so you can feel the differences. Napkins, pillowcases, pj bottoms generally come next. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been sewing since high school for myself and others. I have taught sewing since the turn into the 2000s. I am a teacher by education and know how to adjust a curriculum to the needs and wants of my student.
