Of 3 contractors I contacted, Gary was the only one who provided a written bid. His first visit to my house, he went over exactly what the job entailed and the amount of time needed to complete it. Before starting my project, he returned to my house to go over everything once again and answer questions. He and his team started on time and came to work. First thing they did was to mask the walkways to keep the job clean—a big thing with me. Gary kept me apprised of what they were doing. He was professional and punctual, and finished the job on time. I was very pleased with their work.

We hired Gerardo to stucco our whole house. They did a good job and he helped me pick the right color and we are happy with the way the house turned out, for the most part. We have a few issue with some stucco coming off on the trim and after multiple attempts of asking him to come back and fix the spots he has stopped responding. It’s unfortunate that we now have to live with missing stucco on the front of our house after spending so much money and time. He does a good job at stucco, but if you need help after the job is finished it doesn’t appear there is any.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi thumbtack family ! My prices are always based on your needs and financial budget . I do have a set formula for stucco and patches but I always like to talk to the customer and see the job not mattering the size of job and try to manage discounts. Feel free to message for free quotes !!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When encountering a new customer I always like to educate the costumers about the process and application of stucco. I like to make sure my clients know the process of application of stucco.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done training of stucco application ,learned the dry times of the various type of cements needed in stucco , and learn to professionally evaluate the water damage and or poorly maintain stucco homes have . We are also trained to do decorative foam .
