Justin is best! Very satisfied with the service! My carpet was damaged by my dog, but they repaired it so well that it looks almost like new. I especially appreciated the great communication Justin is responded quickly and explained everything clearly. The turnaround time was also impressive. Highly recommend!
Justin was a lifesaver. We had our floors redone by another company and the work wasn’t done very well. Justin came in and fixed loose stair noses and gaps, and the difference was immediately noticeable. He’s a really nice guy, fair with pricing, and has great attention to detail. We were very happy with his work and will definitely be having him back for a bigger project later on.

What a great company, I ordered the carpet from Home depot.. it was almost 2 weeks late. Justin would periodically check in to see status. It finally arrived , he was on time, polite and the install was great.. will definitely use Notch above again !

This is definitely a positive review! A portion of the vinyl plank flooring in my living room had to be torn up due to a countertop and firewall remodel. During the teardown, we discovered that the flooring around the hearthstone had originally been installed incorrectly, so we hired Justin to fix it.
Justin was super responsive—he came over to inspect the area and got to work right away. In my case, the entire process took less than a week. Justin was also kind enough to share his knowledge about vinyl plank flooring, teaching us how to maintain it and even how to DIY patch it if any future damage occurs. His quote was also more than reasonable. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and highly recommend Justin!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest installer out there, but I'm not the most expensive either.
I believe in giving people very good value for their money.
A lot of that value is in the knowledge if a floor will fail or not if installed a certain way, etc. And doing the installation done the right way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk on the phone to find out what the scope of work is and what you want to accomplish. If it's a small job that can be explained simply, and with pics, then we can schedule a time to do the work. if it's a bigger job, I schedule a free home consultation and give a bid at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The biggest training I have had is on the job experience. Also, over the years, I have worked with many different installers, and when I see that they had a better or more professional way to do something, I incorporated that into my way of business. I'm always looking to improve in any way.
