- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first ask that each new client fills our own "About my Party" form which provides us with all the information we need about their event. Based on the client's answers to the questions, we determine the ideal reader(s) in our team - and the best type of readings - to achieve this client and event specific needs. We follow-up with an exchange of emails with this client, offer our best suggestions, and answer each one of his/her questions. By the time we show up at an event, our new clients are always totally relaxed and most confident about our performance, as they already know how committed we are to their party's ultimate success. But there are still a couple things that our new clients do not know yet. First, that we are going to exceed their expectations. And second, that we are a lot more popular with the guests than what they could ever have imagined!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In the general field of psychics, party and events psychic work truly is a unique specialty. In order to get the expected results, for example "only short and positive readings", it is essential to choose a vendor who specializes in party and events. Many otherwise good "one on one private readers" do not have the skills to successfully perform in a public setting. Why? When individuals consult a psychic for a private reading, 99% of the time they do so because they have some major issue to resolve; rarely does one ever book a private reading solely for the entertainment value. Party readers, on the opposite end of the spectrum, are hired by the host of the party to uplift the guests away from their problems, and elevate the overall mood of the party. A private one on one reader is trained to help individuals with their issues; a party reader, on the contrary, is trained to entertain the guests, and therefore knows how to skillfully avoid getting enmeshed with individual guests' issues. Furthermore, party and events psychic work does require from a gifted reader, to also possess the special talent of an entertainer: a charismatic presence, a great sense of humor, an impeccable attitude and the ability to uplift the spirit of others: all are paramount to your reader's positive interactions with your guests.
