- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relatively simple with a CASH DISCOUNT for private or semi-private lessons. $60 per person / per hour with PayPal or Zelle OR $50 CASH DISCOUNT $30 per person / 2 people / per hour with PayPal or Zelle 0R $25 PER PERSON CASH DISCOUNT $20 per person / 3 people / per hour $15 per person / 4 people / per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always begin by finding out what they can do before starting to teach / coach. Then it is matter learning what the customer wants to achieve and helping them reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I work with a company of 100 instructors we are constantly sharing information related to our profession. In addition, we have an annual company meeting where we gather for a week to share and learn from each other. I am also a USPTA Elite Professional
