So far I've had two experiences with Grout Medic: the initial evaluation of work and the repairs to my "hall" bathroom shower. I still have one more appointment for my primary bathroom shower. The evaluation was a bit intense. Donna is very knowledgeable and shares a lot of details quickly. However, she heard all of the issues that I had, recorded them correctly, and proposed a plan that incorporated all of the work I wanted done. The repair itself was prompt (he was actually 10 minutes EARLY for his appointment). He had a little trouble following the work order given the various details that combined some work for each bathroom shower, but in the end did the work quickly (he finished 30 minutes earlier than his 3 hour window). The work looks great and he did a good job cleaning up the mess from the repair.

Our shower was losing its caulk and grout and looked terrible. We hired grout medic and now it looks like new!They also discovered we needed repair of caulk on our kitchen sink which they also fixed.Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend

I recently hired The Grout Medic for some work on my bathroom. Donna and her team were responsive and professional throughout the process. My shower is about 14 years old and needed regrouting and sealing. I was initially concerned about how good it would look afterward, but the results exceeded my expectations. Mike, the professional who did the work, was amazing--great at communicating and very reliable. I would highly recommend their services, as they truly deliver on their promises.
