- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to learn more about your electrical project or issue. Whether it’s a panel upgrade, troubleshooting, lighting installation, or EV charger setup, we’ll ask a few targeted questions to understand the scope of work. We may also request photos or a short video of your electrical panel, devices, or the area needing service — this helps us assess the situation accurately and provide an informed estimate. Depending on the complexity, we’ll either offer a quote remotely or schedule a site visit. From there, we’ll explain your options clearly, outline the work involved, and coordinate a time that fits your schedule. Our goal is to make the electrical process simple, efficient, and stress-free from the very first interaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed electrical contractor in California and hold a C-10 Electrical License (#1086311). I’ve been working in the electrical trade for over 6 years, with hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and light commercial projects — from panel upgrades and EV charger installations to lighting, subpanels, and electrical troubleshooting. In addition to field experience, I stay current with California electrical code requirements and safety standards. My training includes both formal apprenticeship work and continuous, on-the-job learning to ensure each project is done safely, efficiently, and up to code.
