Customers should consider what results they want, their estimated budget, and when they’d like the work completed. It also helps to think about materials, finishes, and any special requests so we can provide the most accurate estimate and efficient service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in industrial engineering and construction management, with years of experience in electrical, handyman, and remodeling work. Safety training and continuous learning help us stay up to date with the latest building codes and tools.
