- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of customers have sending images of the work area via text so we can more easily see instead of having to ask 100 questions. This also eliminates incorrect quotes and having to change the price like a lot of companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Circuit city and building bridges for 6 years during college. Now 10 years of this exact work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During college, I worked at both Circuit City and in construction. After college and a great few years in a sales job, I ventured off into this business. I've been doing this for 10 years now. The blend of contracting and technological experience fit perfectly for this job and creating SoCal Installs. Customers know with me they will get accurate and up to date info on the newest technology and a solid and knowledgeable contractor. I don't work for myself, I work for my many customers and each day their the boss.
