- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price depending on the number of days it will take us to film & edit the entire video. This varies per client depending on type of video they need, and how many additional B-roll footage/scenes they require to convey a powerful message. We also can provide a quote for only the footage, and only the editing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first complete an in person meeting(s) (or over the phone if located outside San Diego), to learn about your company and your specific message/goal you are desiring to achieve with your video. We then take time to research your target audience, and learn what images and music will resonate most with them over video. We provide you with a storyboard/outline of the video, and what will be included (e.g., interviews, testimonials, specific B-roll shots, product demos, etc). We agree on filming dates, locations, props/models with you. We then film and produce the video. Lastly, we edit the video and provide to you for review and finalization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a company, we have been filming & producing high end videos for three years. Our staff has a combined 10+ years of videography & communication experience backgrounds. We are well skilled in operating high end cinematic cameras and equipment (e.g., stabilization gear).
