- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually varies depending on your tailored needs. Typical pricing is $300/hour which includes edits for photography and is an additional $65/hour for videography. We're happy to work with budgets and provide discounts when applicable. We can also customize a quote based around your preset budget. Whatever the case may be, we're here to help get you premium quality work at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding new clients typically begins with establishing your general needs and making sure we can fill them. This is usually done via email or through the Thumbtack app. From there, we love to hop on call with our clients and discuss the specifics of the project. On that call, we run through the plan for the day(s), complications we may face based on previous experience, and suggestions for work arounds. Once we've wrapped the project, we coordinate with our clients every step of the way during post production to ensure that they are happy with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the production business for over 8 years. Adam, our lead photographer/videographer has a BA in telecommunications and has worked with market leaders in a variety of industries with main focus in healthcare, biotech, and cosmetics.
