- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different but I tend to hover around the $60-$125 an hour range depending on what's needed and how many of my own people need to be involved. Pricing is negotiable within reason. I always quote what I think will be involved regarding the details given for the request of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I approach a new project with a new customer. I really do my best to get an idea of exactly what the customer is after visually. This means setting up phone meetings or even a Skype and of course meeting in person. Preparing for success is crucial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of professional field experience. I'm always staying abreast of new technology as well as embracing the the investment into equipment and the education that comes along with it's mastery.
