- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our customers a free onsite written estimate. If you hire us within 24hrs of our evaluation, we offer a discount. Discount to be revealed after our free evaluation/inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know your project needs, but we also set up a game plan to include your household needs. Our goal is to not disrupt your families daily activities. Our technicians follow IICRC guidelines on every project, to assure your household is safe from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians are IICRC certified. Over 13yrs in the Water Damage Industry.
