Here’s what to expect when you work with us: 1️⃣ Initial Call or Contact We respond immediately — day or night. Whether you call, message, or submit a request online, our team will gather key info and schedule a technician or estimator ASAP. 2️⃣ On-Site Inspection & Assessment We arrive promptly, assess the damage, and perform a full inspection. We use tools like: Moisture meters Thermal imaging Hygrometers This helps us understand the full scope of the water damage — not just what you can see. 3️⃣ Clear Estimate & Scope of Work You’ll receive a detailed written estimate using Xactimate, with photos and documentation ready for your insurance if needed. We explain the work step-by-step, including: What needs to be done Equipment used (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.) How long it will take Any health or safety concerns (e.g. mold, sewage) 4️⃣ Customer Approval & Paperwork Once you approve the scope, we’ll get started. You’ll sign a simple work authorization, and if you’re filing a claim, we can handle the insurance communication. 5️⃣ Mitigation & Restoration Begins Our certified team will: Extract standing water Set up drying equipment Remove damaged materials (drywall, cabinets, flooring) Set up containment or HEPA filtration if needed We monitor moisture daily until your home is dry and safe. 6️⃣ Final Walkthrough & Documentation Once drying is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you. You’ll receive: Moisture reports Final invoice Photos of the work Insurance-ready documents 7️⃣ Restoration & Rebuild (If Needed) If your home needs repairs (flooring, drywall, cabinets), we can help coordinate or perform rebuild services as well.
