When we randomly came across what we thought might be residual mold from an old leak we sent out several requests for an inspection. They responded quickly and set us up to be seen the same day. There was confusion on our end with the scheduling and instead of rescheduling us they came out at the end of their work day at like 8pm. We thought this was really nice of them to do especially since it was just for a free inspection and estimate.

We discovered water damage and mold in our crawl space and honestly had no idea how serious it was. Jakobsen Restoration responded quickly and came out to inspect everything the same day.
They explained the situation clearly, showed us photos from inside the crawl space, and walked us through the entire remediation process step by step. Their team handled the water extraction, drying, and mold remediation professionally and efficiently.
What I appreciated most was how organized and clean they kept everything, even though the work was in a tight and difficult space. They communicated consistently and made the whole process feel stress-free.

I initially contacted Jakobsen Restoration about a year ago for a mold issue, and this is the second time I’ve needed their help. The first time was just for mold treatment, but this time the mold problem required extensive demolition and a full shower remodel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined during a free inspection provided at the beginning of every project. We work with all insurance companies and the pricing for most of our projects ends up being 90-100% covered by the clients insurance provider!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you connect with Jakobsen Restoration, we will send a project manager out to provide you with a 100% free inspection. After our project manager determines the extent of the issue, they will provide you with a detailed report and a quote for the full-project scope. We will also work with your insurance company to determine how much of the project pricing will be covered for you.
After the project scope is approved, our crews will come out and diligently address your issue, ensuring the your home is good as new!
