13 year old water heater from prior owner went out and was leaking and an emergency. I first called a few other companies I found online and one that installed a new air conditioner unit prior. Not only was my call answered by AI and Virtual instead of a real person, which is so unprofessional and stressful, trying to sell more, etc. when you are dealing with a serious situation. I was shocked! I thankfully found John Padilla Plumbing who had someone out within 45 minutes at almost 6pm and made me feel so calm and assured. I had no idea how much was needed to be done for safety as the prior seller did nothing and not to code. The replacement was done next morning and they went above and beyond. Nicest people and love supporting family owned businesses who actually care. It's like my water pressure and heat is like never before. Complete 360 difference. I paid more than expected but would rather support companies like this.

These guys did great work on a challenging job. Skyler came in and communicated well. He was fair and explained everything thoroughly. Issac did a great job on the install and him and his team were very respectful and handled the job. I would highly recommend this team.

Technician Skyler was sent over and he is an awesome and professional plumber. Realest plumber I know and definitely knows his bizz. Made great sense of plumbing knowledge to help understand and was very mindful of my cats who cant stand strangers. They loved him very much and meowed after his departure. Will definitely be calling again in the future for any other Plumbing needs as requested by my cats.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our team will always provide you a proposal for the services needed PRIOR to starting the work for your authorization. Sometimes there are unforeseeable issues with plumbing (pipe behind a wall) but even then any changes to the expected scope will be communicated and approved. You will never be surprised by a bill working with our team.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have one of our trained plumbers come out to diagnose your problem, educate you on their findings, and present you with multiple options to complete the work so you can make the best decision for your budget and long-term wishes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We boast an in house, 4 level apprentice training program that prepares our plumbers for any service, repair or installation needs our San Diego customers may have. We have on-going bi-weekly safety and code trainings to ensure our team is updated on all new initiatives, along with helpful reminders about best practices.
