AJ did a fantastic job for the best price possible, with the best equipment installed. His attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling (he worked till 10:30 PM to finish the job to suit my schedule), honesty are exemplary. I received a call quickly and he arrived promptly at the time stated. I spoke with 15 other plumbers and he gave me the best price for the same water heater and labor. My water heater was replaced in a few hours and he left the area better than he found it!!! Have recommended him to 2 friends since!!! Hoping I will never need him again, but if I do I won't waste my time making 14 other calls. :)

First, I would hire AJ at Pacific Tankless again. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional as he troubleshot the problem of our aging 40-gallon hot water heater. It was about 20 years old and had developed a major crack, so it needed replaced. He offered me suggestions and options, and I decided what product I wanted and we agreed on the cost of parts & labor. The quote was very reasonable. AJ left to pick up our new 50-gallon tank. He returned about two hours later, completed the new installation without problems, then showed me how to manage the system at its front panel. Then AJ took the time to clean up his work area while the water heated up. By the time he finished writing up the bill and running my credit card payment, I already had hot water. ~~ That was a month ago, and our new hot water heater is working great. I anticipate a long-lasting relationship with it.
