- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not with Quick. All our prices are listed on our website. We also include all the parts, model numbers and detailed descriptions about each product. Check out our website for an example of how easy our pricing system is. Quick Water Heater 40 Gallon Water Heater.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constant education and monitoring of trade publications. We work with our manufactures to stay current on all new products. It gives us a few month advantage over our competitor with new product releases. We also send our employees to monthly training classes to learn better and more efficient ways to heat water.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am the third generation family contractor. Men in my family work as contractors and that's how it's been since the early 1900's. Needless to say I've been training for my job since I was born.
