- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bride's bouquet $200 & up Bridesmaids' bouquet $95 & up Boutonnieres $20 & up Wrist corsage $38 & up Centerpieces $65 & up Arches & garlands $450 & up Flower crowns $45 & up Above are my starting price. Everything is based on size of arrangements and type of flowers preferred. Delivery and set up fee start at 8% of overall total depending on location(s)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start communicating with potential clients via email to get the general details (Date/time of event, estimated number of items needed, style and color). If the date is still available and the style of arrangements they are looking for matches my brand then we set up a time and place to meet and to go into details. The consultation will usually last less than an hour and I walk away fully understanding the client's vision and what I can create for them. I'll send my potential clients a mood illustrating what we went over with a proposal shortly after. When everything is looked at I'll see if the couple would like to move forward with me.
