FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend an annual conference once a year to learn and connect with other photographers. I also like to hone my film photography skills at the local community college, and most recently took a class working with a large format 4x5 camera, developing my own film and prints in the dark room! I also love to read blogs, articles, and magazines to find out about the latest technologies, trends, and news in the photo world.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a photographer because I finally realized that fears of failure had been holding me back from pursuing my passions, skill sets, and giftings. To learn more, visit the About page of my website and scroll to the last paragraph!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be true to yourself! Hire someone because their images resonate with you, and when you communicate you enjoy each other's company. Choose someone who is kind! They're likely going to be with you on one of the biggest days of your life, after all.
