- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on my time. We are cleaning multiple houses and properties per day, but we never leave until you are satisfied. Your windows will look better than ever. If you need your rain gutters cleaned as well, please let us know. If you need windows and rain gutters cleaned together, we can help you out and make sure the process goes quickly and painlessly for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call or shoot me a message. From there, I will Google Maps your house, or come out for a consultation, and get you a final quote, depending on the size of the project. We will schedule a date to complete your job, and find out if anyone needs to be home during the job time. From there, we can schedule out the next cleaning and get you on a reoccurring schedule so you never have to worry about having dirty windows ever again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning windows since I was a child. The team has over 33 years of collective experience with windows and rain gutter cleaning and repair!
