We offer screen and frame repair;
We do not purchase manufacture parts we purchase off brand parts as do most screen repair companies.
We do not have Manufacture agreements to carry manufacture parts.
Off brand Frame plastic corners and aluminum frames are flimsy and can bend easily.
If you have a warranty call the manufacture and have your screen repaired with them.
Residential rates based on Home Square Foot:
Residential Pressure Washing includes House siding up to two stories, & Concrete, when ordering with window cleaning;
or
Pressure washing only rates based on actual sq. ft. to be cleaned
Residential Gutter Maintenance is Based on Home Square Foot:

We ask all clients to move furniture and valuables away from windows to be cleaned.
It’s our company policy We Do Not move furniture. We will not attempt to move furniture or any items blocking windows.
Paint over spray, Pool House, Atrium, Sun Room, Mausoleum, Chandelier cleaning is not included in square foot rates and require a viewing before submitting rate. Certain circumstances, such as Sun Rooms, Mausoleum when attached to homes we often clean without increasing rate, this is never included in square foot rate.
We don’t offer exterior only rates for residential clients, exterior only window cleaning will be charged same rates for interior and exterior window cleaning.
Interior track cleaning we wipe tracks with cotton cloth and spray silicone on paper towel and apply to interior sliding tracks, this complimentary service is not a deep clean.
If tracks are heavily soiled with dirt and bugs we will remove what we can.

When ordering screen replacement:
Rate per linear foot includes; Screen, Screen Spine, Labor, pick up and drop off.
To help keep our rates low additional screen accessories are sold separately;
Aluminum frames, Tension Springs, Pull tabs, Screen frame Corners, Casement clips.
Roof Access; We will Not walk on roofs that have a roof pitch greater than 35°, anything greater is considered steep and will require permanent Roof Anchors for the use of Fall Protection in accordance to OSHA & WISHA
Winter/Fall Roof Access; Exterior skylights will not be cleaned do to unsafe roof conditions
Gutter maintenance; We may use ladders while cleaning gutters, please be aware flower/vegetables beds may be trampled. Roofs with extreme pitch we ask that houses have Roof Anchor Bolts for safety harness tie off. Roof must be dry for us to work safely on all roof material.
Pressure washing wood decks; We advise to sand deck after pressure washing then apply weatherproofing stain/sealer with cotton cloth or roller. Pressure washing wood decks will strip paint, sealer, stain from wood.
Composite decks; A Pressure washer with no greater than 3100 psi*** that has a fan attachment/adjustment and soap dispenser may be used to remove dirt, concrete dust, or other types of construction dirt. Spraying deck with soap, then followed by gently scrubbing each deck board with a soft bristle brush. Spray/rinse each individual deck board using a fan tip no closer than 8" from the decking surface. RINSE THOROUGHLY. If dirty water from cleaning is left to dry, this will cause a film to remain on the decking surface. *** Use of a pressure washer greater than 3100 psi could damage the boards and void the warranty.
(We Do Not Clean Composite Decks or Rails)
Homeowner: If you choose to clean yourself DO NOT use products containing bleach or acid this will lighten the surface of all composite decking and rails.

Ultimately the final walk through is your choice, if you decline a walk through you understand All services rendered are final, additionally when payment and required electronic signature is obtained from client all services are considered completed to client satisfaction. Once hired Clients agree to the terms set forth without us obtaining
