My pricing is upfront and based on the size of the home, number of windows, and services requested. There are no hidden fees. I offer discounts for recurring service, bundled services, and multiple properties. The goal is fair pricing, quality work, and consistent results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the home and the services needed. I then provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time. On service day, I arrive on time, protect the surrounding areas, complete the work thoroughly, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and real-world experience in professional window cleaning, including proper techniques for streak-free glass, screen care, ladder safety, and protecting customer property. I continually improve my methods to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
