Michelle is an incredible yoga instructor and human in general. She is so thoughtful and caring in her practice and has always created a safe and welcoming space in her classes. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with her in the retreat business and her passion and professionalism make partnerships easy and rewarding. I highly recommend working with Michelle!!

I always look forward to my yoga classes with Michelle! Her guided meditations are so calming and make me feel restored after. She’s so sweet and always makes me feel welcomed in her class. The yoga is the perfect amount of challenging while also being beginner friendly!

Michelle is my favorite yoga teacher!! If you are hesitant about starting yoga, do not be. She is the one!!!! Since working with Michelle, my flexibility has improved, I am able to calm my mind, and my body is stronger. Do not pass up an opportunity to work with her. She brings sunshine and her a-game to every practice!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I love every yoga session with Michelle. I love how connected she is to every moment and every breath. All you have to do is relax and listen as she explains what to do. She is perfect for beginners and those who are more advanced. You’ll always leave her class feeling relaxed and loving yourself.
