Introduction: A typical session with me:
1. I will be your guide through the experiential practice of yoga, the science and art of healing!
2. Through physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and chanting, gradually develop a steady mind.
3. Yoga therapy is a stress reduction system based on treating the individuals through a holistic health model.
4. I will work with you to figure out whether you need preventive yoga (to maintain a healthy lifestyle) or treatment-based yoga to help manage condition like joint pain, diabetes, obesity, etc.
5. Asanas, pranayama, mudras, kriyas, meditation, and relaxation techniques will bring in peace of mind.
6. Safely guide the group/individuals through a series of revitalizing and rejuvenating asanas.
7. Stress management of class/individuals, helped and managed PTSD cases.
