He was so great. He made things easy. Our freezer was leaking. When he said he needed to defrost the freezer my face… 😳 But, all he did was empty the bottom two drawers, use his steamer to defrost all the built up ice and defrost the pipe. It was two damn peas that clogged it! Seal those bags, kids. At least you’re not paying for that warning. Lol. He also was ok with my personality. He had jokes himself. We got his card and he will be our go to guy now.

My washer had a bad leak. I only had one day availability I text ARC and sent a few pictures and received a response back within minutes on a Sunday!! Set up a time the next day and Malaki showed up on time, got the job done neat and clean ! Very reasonable pricing , would definitely recommend would definitely use again.
