Great experience! I had long time problem with my Samsung washer and i thought it was sensor problem. Jake quickly checked and found out the inside parts was leaking badly. After parts arrived he quickly repaired the washer. Very fast and professional!

Says it all in the name! I got a response within five minutes and technician was at my house in 2 hrs. Technician was honest ended up being a screw loose making all the noise but he also advised me what issues I might be having in the near future based on what he observed and the years I’ve had my washer.
