- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer some of the best pricing for the level of service we provide. We conduct a quarterly review of 50 other mobile bar companies within a 50-mile radius to ensure we are priced just below theirs. We are confident we are competitively priced and will help elevate your event and exceed your expectations!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a contract is signed and the deposit is received, we enter full planning mode. We meet on a Zoom call and review every detail to ensure every aspect of your event is a success. For longer, well-planned events, such as weddings, we schedule a follow-up call 30 days before the event to review any changes to guest counts, any requests the couple may have, and to ensure we bring your vision to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders have graduated from bartending school. They have all been hosting special events for at least 5 years. In addition, they are all State-certified (RBS) as a Responsible Beverage Server.
