- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum service cost is $285. Regular pest management services start at $75 per month, $95 for every other month and $125 for quarterly services. Rodent trapping and removal services start at $800 and can range up to $1500 and more for attic crawlspace and interior exclusion trapping and control. We also offer attic restoration services that start at $6.50 a square foot with a lifetime warranty. All of our services come with at least a 30 day warranty. Bedbug services start at $325 per room. We do not offer any discounts, and there are no add-on or hidden fees. Our service agreements can be canceled at any time. All of our follow ups and callbacks are free of charge. We can custom make any service plan to fit most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a free inspection and consultation is the first step. Physically viewing the location and the activity is paramount to providing the proper service. For most services there are multiple variables. We want to be able to answer all of your questions and provide the best service options possible. Then we can provide a written scope of service that will outline the expectations as well as what exactly will be done and the cost. If accepted we can set up your service day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are state licensed and have at least three years in the pest management industry. Our upper management team has a minimum of 10 years in the industry. Some of our staff carries advanced licensing such as QAL, Operators, Branch 2, AIB and Trapping licenses.
