I can’t remember how we learned about Richelle (it must have been a referral) but I’m so grateful we did. I have two boys who benefited from her expertise. One just needed a nudge with advanced math every now and then. The other really struggled, as did I at his age. Math was the one subject I was unable to help with after elementary school. Richelle was incredible and unlike any tutor we’d had -- and we tried several along the way. She had a unique way of explaining things… and SO much patience. I think even I could have learned advanced math with her help. She also made math fun. What started as “arm twisting” to get my kids to see her became something they actually looked forward to. I had some concerns as to how effective a virtual platform would be for my hands-on kiddo during the pandemic, but I can’t say we noticed a difference - even though he preferred in person learning. We continued to use her even after she moved out of state… no one else would do. We benefited from her services for 3-4 years. I’m convinced Richelle was one of the reasons my son graduated with honors. Bottom line, Richelle not only gets math, she gets kids. She was invaluable to our school experience.
