Ay replaced our dual mailbox, fixed our drywall, was able to locate where the water leak was coming from that caused damage. Ay was very knowledgeable reliable and versatile, I would check with Ay before contacting multiple contractors with all those fake online reviews. Its really hard to find trustworthy profesional contractors in big cities but Ay is the man. He can also do many other projects, he worked really hard and fast in the blistering sun and months later I can say his work is fantastic, thank you Ay.

He gets 10 out of 5 stars. He did the work of 2 or 3 men. He drove quite a distance in traffic to get to me and lifted heavy items onto his truck by himself in a Herculean manner. No kidding. His price was more than reasonable, so much so that I gave him extra money for his effort, because he was worth it. He was no nonsense and went beyond what I could have ever expected. He was very reliable and professional. I had two no-shows before him. I will definitely use him again and refer him to family and friends. He is very personable and a great worker!

Details: Large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill three pickup trucks • There are no flights of stairs
