- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scope of the project determines the rate. Anywhere from $25-$40 an hr. Most projects are in the $30/hr range based on multiple projects and variance of tasks. Pet love overnight is exception of $55 a night inclusive of 8 hr day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions and asking their expectations so that I can execute accordingly. I am intuitive and like to build trusting relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Marketing, Sales, employed by large corporations and 3 tech start ups in last 15 years, I have vast experience building relationships, and creating success with teams and individuals that have a common goal. As present, I am building my own clientele for both personal and business assistance with individuals and small businesses. I find a greater sense of appreciation for my hard work, hence, feeling instant gratification.
