Gurnish. I asked you and communicated with you the entire time and you gave no details besides a video of another location ( which I replicated). I did my due diligence by interviewing 4 businesses near yours,and a staff member of your own business to figure out where the traffic gets lost. I also remained within legal zones to fly. You requested specific streets AFTER the shoot was over in which I notified you and asked AGAIN was there any specific shots/streets/details you need. I got footage of local businesses,the confusing streets and labeled them all. You specifically stated this was for directions,not promo. But asked for music,shots over people and cars (illegal) and vanity shots you did not ask nor pay for. I gave you what you asked for. In an attempt to accommodate you, I did agree to review all my footage and try to put something together closer to what you were asking that’s because I take my craft very seriously not because you deserved it. You have been rude,nasty,yelling at my over the phone and demanding I work on your schedule. I am a Muir-business owner and mother. I work for myself,not you. Once the harassment started I refused to work with you further. You created fake profiles to give fake reviews which Thumbtack has removed. I am continuing to work with them.
