Wow! I'm so glad I found Batir! He and his brother repaired a leak in our picture windows. Up on a 24-foot ladder they re-calked and repainted. You would never know they had been here. So very friendly and professional. We're really happy. EDIT: We hired Batir and his brother again in January 2025 to replace an old rusted bathroom sink and counter top and some old frozen shut-off valves. Again, super job! We love the new sink which Batir picked out for us. We had a different plumber in the past who broke things and created more problems than he solved. We feel so luck to have found Batir. Everything he does is done beautifully. When you find a treasure like this, you hold onto it.

In the middle of our move, we realized certain items wouldn’t fit through the door, so I reached out urgently. He arrived within 45 minutes and got straight to work. He even removed parts of the door to give us an extra 4 inches of space. Not only that, but he generously let my movers use his tools without any hesitation. The best part? He noticed the movers struggling with larger items and jumped in to help, even without me asking. Overall, he was a huge help and truly a great guy. I would absolutely hire him again.

Quick response! We needed a copper pipe and cutoff installed for a refrigerator water supply line and they were able to do the work next day (Saturday). Very respectful upon entering our home, removed their shoes willingly. They provided a prompt evaluation of the job, left to get needed supplies, presented a fair price, returned to complete the job same day. They were done in under 2 hours and the work is high quality.
