FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the property size, scope of the investigation, and any laboratory testing required. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We specialize in environmental testing for mold, indoor air quality concerns, odors, cigarette smoke contamination, fire and smoke residue, lead/metals, and other environmental issues affecting homes and businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief phone consultation to understand your concerns and gather information about the property. Next, we perform an on-site inspection, assess potential sources of contamination, and collect samples if needed. Samples are analyzed by an accredited laboratory, and we provide a detailed report explaining the findings, recommendations, and any next steps. Our goal is to give you clear, objective information so you can make informed decisions about your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training includes industry-recognized education in environmental testing, indoor air quality investigations, mold assessment, fire and smoke contamination evaluation, and sampling. We hold certifications through organizations such as IICRC and NORMI and utilize professional sampling methods and laboratory analysis to provide accurate, defensible results. We continuously pursue ongoing education to stay current with industry standards, best practices, and emerging environmental concerns.
