He was on time which is always good. I explained to him what my washer/dryer was doing and right away he knew what it could be. Big guy moved the heavy unit by himself found the problem and fixed it in no more then 15 minutes. He waited for the washer to wash a load to make sure it did not make the noise it was making. He was really professional I will definitely call him for any other issues I come across at my house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are simple & flat rated . I’m not going to charge by the hour , everything is charged by the job . Gas appliances- $200 Electrical appliances- $200 Dishwasher- $200 Washer & Dryer - $180
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to always listen first. From there I tour the home & give them a price of how much the install is goin to be . Each install is different & that’s why prices vary from one another. If hired , I’ll get to work right there on the spot .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I have in this field stems from going to a trade school on Treasure Island in San Francisco, CA . I can also attest my training to working as a install specialist with the company JB Hunt for 6 years where they actually send you to a school in Paris , CA which is in Southern California.
