Vlad was really responsive and fixed a broken burner on our older Thermador range quickly. He was punctual, arriving at his estimated time window for both the initial visit and to do the actual repair. He was knowledgeable about how to service this range (several years ago we had a technician who was not able to service our Thermador because of lack of expertise). Vlad was also very professional and courteous.

Vlad was quick to respond to the work request and arrived the same day within the hour. He was able to determine the issue and was clear on pricing options. The repair was performed immediately since he had the part available both new and refurbished. We chose the cheaper (refurbished) option since it made more sense financially.
