After contacting Appliance Repair Tech I was able to get a next day appointment for my broken garbage disposal. Anton arrived for my appointment and quickly got my garbage disposal running again, while providing me with details of why it stopped working. Before he left, I also asked him about reattaching a baffle that fell off in my dryer, and he fixed that for me as well! I am very pleased with the services provided for my broken appliances and will definitely contact Anton again for any future appliance repair needs. Thank you so much!!

The repair tech came out to diagnose the washer and we found a leak in the back. He ordered the part, put it in and while he was filling it up we found another leak in the basin. Since that would have cost nearly the same as a new washer, we ended up pitching it and he just charged us for the diagnosis fee, which was $85.00

He methodically went about diagnosing the problem.
Then he promptly made the needed repairs and finished within an hour+. I would have given the experience 5 stars except he didn't communicate when he was transitioning from the $85 diagnosis to the final cost, so I was a bit surprised. However, the cost was not unreasonable-just more than I expected.

This is the first time I have ever been compelled to write a review for services. Appliance Repair Tech was far more than advertised.
Requested assistance, through "Thumbtack". Within 30 mins. Was contacted by them and had a repair person at my home within 39 mins. The repair person diagnosed the issue (waterpump in washer had gone bad) within 10 mins. I had a full quote for parts and labor on a repair within mins. The price was incredibly fair. I then asked when it could get done, recieving the answer that we have the part in us and can complete the job now. 30 mins late our washer was up and running. Incredible service. The repair person was incredibly cordial and focused on getting the job done. I highly recommend this service.
