The drum on my 10 year old washer stopped spinning on me after a large load. Alexei was quick to respond and came by to diagnose the issue within a few hours. He was clear and upfront about the issue and provided me with a couple of options on how to proceed. He was able to fix the issue, and my washer was in working condition within 30 mins.
