Alex was fantastic! Not only was he able to make time for a repair on a weekend, he got replied and was on site within an hour which was important because we had an urgent dishwasher issue right before a planned family gathering. He was able to diagnose, repair, and advise on it very quickly and he carried the specific Bosch component that had failed so we didn’t have to order a new part ourselves. Would strongly recommend for any appliance repair needs.
