I exchanged a few messages with the company and I was booked fir an appt the following day. I was provided the name and number for the tech, he texted me before a prompt and on time arrival during appt window we agreed on. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, he quickly identified the problem, explained the repair and cost, completed the repair...very timely and thorough, he sent me the invoice and I paid via venmo...all safe and contactless. I will contact them first for any future appliancerepair needs.
