- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design fees are tailored to the scope, complexity, and level of support your project requires. Sharing your anticipated budget for construction or furnishings, along with your separate design budget, helps us recommend an appropriate scope of services and identify priorities. Where appropriate, we can organize the work into phases. After an introductory call, we provide a proposal outlining our fee, deliverables, and included services. Construction, furnishings, and third-party consultant fees are separate from our design fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us about your project. Share photos, videos, inspiration images, and any available plans. Let us know what you’d like to achieve, your anticipated budget, timeline, and the support you’re looking for. Let’s connect. We schedule a 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and scope. We then prepare a tailored proposal outlining our services and fees. Begin the design process. Once you’re comfortable with the proposal, we finalize the details, sign an agreement, and schedule your project kickoff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our studio brings together architectural expertise and extensive interior design experience. Oksana Gritcai holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and completed postgraduate studies at SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture). She has over 10 years of experience in architectural and commercial design, technical detailing, and 3D visualization. Ksenia Serebrennikova brings over 10 years of interior design experience in Europe, with a strong background in decorating, material selection, and lighting design. Her portfolio includes commercial interiors, cosmetics stores, and offices.
