- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices varies on the customization of the clients’ needs. We always use top quality and fresh ingredients. We offer different packages to choose from, without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the customer chooses the type of package for the event. Client will fill out a questionnaire for their needs and budget. We follow up with cocktail menu ingredients that go with the customers request. Finalizing details for every event. When contract is signed, a shopping list for alcohol is provided dfor the client to streamline the process.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of most of our events. One that pops to mind was a business gathering celebrating the end of a project. Their cocktails were in theme with the project that was finalized. It was a very smooth and typical event of 40+ guests. Lasted 3 hours with an open bar plus 2 specialty cocktails.
