Our mixologists will suggest cocktails that match your event's theme and preferences. We're open to including your favorite classics or crafting innovative signature drinks. Pricing Confirmation: After finalizing the cocktail menu, we'll provide you with a comprehensive quote for our services. This quote will include all the details about bartending staff, equipment, ingredients, and any additional services you've requested. We ensure transparency so there are no surprises later on. Sending the Bartending Contract: If the quote aligns with your expectations, we'll prepare a professional bartending contract that outlines the agreed-upon services, payment terms, and other important details. To send you the contract, we'll need your email address. This contract protects both parties and ensures a clear understanding of the terms. Deposit to Secure Date: To secure your event date, we require a $100 deposit. This deposit not only guarantees our availability but also demonstrates your commitment to our services. Once we receive the deposit, your event date is locked in our calendar. Crafting an Exceptional Experience: With the contract signed and deposit received, you can rest assured that your event's bartending needs are in capable hands. Our skilled bartenders will arrive on time, set up the bar with precision, and bring your customized cocktail menu to life. About 13 years ago, my journey in the hospitality industry began as a waitress, where I learned the art of excellent service. However, it was when I stepped behind the bar that my fascination with mixology took hold. The creative potential of crafting flavors and experiences through cocktails intrigued me, sparking the idea of a small mobile bartending business. Inspired by the vision of offering unique experiences, I immersed myself in mixology techniques and envisioned a mobile bartending service that aligned with each event's theme. This vision evolved as I honed my skills and witnessed the joy my personalized approach brought to customers and their guests. Today, MC Bartending Events is a realization of that dream. With a background in hospitality, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to crafting memorable moments, I've built a business that transforms events into extraordinary experiences through customized cocktails and a touch of magic.
