I had experience working in food industry and on top of that I was trained by Walt Disney World Resort on customer service. I also obtain a Bartender Certification from SF Bar tending Academy.

I hired Usanee to bartend at our holiday party, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. We worked together to come up with some themed drinks for the evening, and she helped me figure out my grocery list for the party. Usanee showed up early and once she got her bar station set up, even helped me set up the cheese and charcuterie platter! She was helpful, professional, pleasant to work with, and helped make the event a blazing success. She also stayed later than we initially planned to help take down the event since we ended up being a little short staffed. I am thrilled I found such a capable and helpful bartender, and will definitely hire her for future events.

Usanee could not have been more perfect. I could tell from her resume and her reviews that she would be the right person for our event. I was pleased to know she had bartending skills...though we ended up not needing that service (we had other bartenders) it made me feel confident that we could use her help in a pinch if they were overwhelmed. Her primary role was prepping platters of food we had already purchased but that needed steaming, heating and made to look attractive. She did an amazing job. We had planned for 60-75 guests but 110 showed up and she managed to pace the food nicely over the time of the party so that we had enough to keep having fresh platters brought out continuously to the very end. We happened to be serving Asian fare so her Thai background was a plus, but really, she could have worked with any type of food and any style of party. My plan had been to have her handle prepping and serving but to "stop the clock" before she needed to clean up...but she efficiently did all the clean up and left the kitchen area in great shape. I have ONE regret! Usanee is so pretty and personable, I would have liked her to be able to be mingling and passing appetizers more so that she could be interacting with the guests...but because of the sheer numbers of people that showed up, it kept her so very busy in the kitchen.I did make it a point to introduce her to my guests that are also event planners/caterers and she did circulate a little bit. I always like to be in control so I kept ducking into the prep area but, with a sweet smile, Usanee kept reminding me to relax, go back to the party and she would take care of everything.

My fiance and I were lucky enough to have found Usanee to bartend our engagement party last weekend. She was responsive, professional, helped us to plan fun "bride" and "groom" drinks and even sent me a personalized list for items to buy to make sure our guests had enough to drink before the event. During the party she was sweet to our guests, alerted me about any possible issues and helped clean up in between making drinks for everyone. I was relieved to find someone who really could help make the party run smoothly! From start to finish she was wonderful!

Usanee bartended a cocktail party I held at my house and did a great job. She came up with fun drinks, helped set up and decorate the place ahead of time, and worked efficiently and effectively. Would hire her again.
