- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with us is a 3 step process: 1. Explore: What’s your project all about? Where are you in the process? What’s your vision for the space? Those are some of the common questions you’ll hear from us in the exploration stage. Here we find out what your project is all about, how we fit into the puzzle, & take some preliminary measurements- all with zero commitment, & zero cost to you. 2. Compute: Let’s take those preliminary measurements & from it get you some data to work with. At this point we’ll outline a Scope of Work, an estimated timeline, & an estimated project cost. This stage is all about bringing form to your ideas. It’s also the perfect time to make any changes you want. With this data you’ll know what it takes to realize your project. 3. Build: This is where your vision comes to life- it’s time to build. We begin by breaking down our timeline into phases of construction. From the moment the first nail is placed, to final delivery, you are always kept in the loop- you’ll always know what phase we’re currently on and when it’ll be completed. Then after a final walkthrough: Project Complete. Congratulations!
